PC Repeatedly Turning On/Off With No Display

Hi, I don't know much about computers - & am really hoping somebody might see this & be able to help me.
I've had my PC for a few years, & have never changed any components. Yesterday I noticed periodic 1-2 second freezes every few minutes while playing a game, which I though may have been my internet connection - but after resetting my router, checking connections, etc., I concluded It was probably a hardware issue.
I turned off my PC, and when I powered it back on there was no display to my monitor. The PC was/is also in this sort of, "cycle" where It remains on for about 10 seconds, then turns off by itself for a few seconds - then turns itself back on *repeat*.
So far I've: Replugged all connections going to/from/& in the PC > cleared CMOS > & booted in dual-bios, in which the PC remained turned on but still had no display.

If anybody takes the time to read this & tries to help me, I'd greatly appreciate it.
EDIT: I removed a stick of ram, and everything booted up fine. If somebody could possibly explain the reason behind this & what I should do that would be amazing.

CPU: i5‑6600K
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 2x8
SSD: Samsung 840 Evo
HDD: WD Blue

What PSU do you have?

EVGA SuperNOVA 750 Gold Certified I believe. I individually tested both ram sticks in each of the 4 memory slots, and there were no issues. However, if I simultaneously use both sticks of ram (In either channel), my PC goes back into that "boot cycle" thing, and there is no display. Should I RMA my motherboard?
