PC requirement for GTX 650

I have an old pci 2.0 motherboard and I have a PSU of Xenitis 450W 3Gigs Ddr2 ram Intel dual core 2.0 ghz and I am going to buy a GTX 650 1gb ddr5 so my pc supports this GPU or not ?

No, the 960 uses PCIe 3.0 you only have 2.0 try a 9800gt.
