Hello guys, I have this problem after I returned from my Easter Vacation ( 15-20days) which was time I didn't use my pc at all. So i started my pc and it was going really slow ( even though this happens many times if i don't use it for some days) and then it gave me a BSOD.
I tried to start again and it wouldn't POST at all.
Then I removed battery and power connector for few minutes, so that BIOS gets resetted and it finally worked.
I ve been doing this trick everytime I want to use my PC but there s obviously something wrong and I m trying ti figure it out.
I also noticed that my CPU capped itself ( even though power settings are set to performance and BIOS settings are good either).
So with that being said and from what I ve read through the web i think that it's either my PSU being unsteady or my motherboard is goin to die.
I d check with other PSU but I don't ve any spare left so I can't do that.
I ve to say also that it was working just fine before and gaming and all.
I also bought new CMOS battery but that didn't help either.

Any help would be much appreciated..

My rig is 10 years old..

You think that s the issue? I ve been using windows 10 like 2 years now and didn't have this problem.
Well i guess i ll give it a try before i replace something.

Microsoft just released the new Windows 10 April 2018 Update two weeks ago. That could be what has changed.
