Pc reset 3 times before post and then boots up normally

When i power up my pc it turns on for 3-5 seconds and then resets automatically with no display. It happens 3 times. then i press the power button and it boots up just fine. Sometimes it gives no display until the widows welcome screen comes.

This issue came when i installed hd 6870. I thought its because of the gpu but now i have changed the gpu, now its hd 7850 and the problem is still there.

Tried searching for the solution on diferrent forums but no luck.

P.S: it boots up fine on integrated graphics.

Intel q35 mobo
Intel core 2 quad q8300 2.5Ghz
3x2gb ddr2 ram
Sapphire dual-x hd 7850 1gb
SeaSonic ss-500et 500w psu
Windows 8.1 x64
