Question PC resetting randomly

I built my PC a month ago and it just started resetting randomly. I'm not very tech savvy. Do these .dmp files point to the problem so I can fix it? Nothing is overclocked.

minidump files: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Alk3aVYQMM1-ik6Qgz0XieJqdigF?e=oaTcLa
  • OS: Windows 10 1909
  • CPU: i9900k
  • Mobo: Asus Maximus XI Hero (Wifi)
  • GPU: Aorus RTX 2080 TI
  • RAM: Corsair Vengance RGB PRO 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz 15-15-15-36
  • Storage: 2x Silicon Power 1TB NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4 M.2 TLC
  • PSU: Corsair RM850x
Peripherals:
  • Keyboard: Corsair K95 using 2x USB 3.1
  • Mouse: Corsair Scimitar using USB 3.0
  • Monitor: Samsung LC49RG90SSNXZA using Display Port
  • 2x Corsair Commander Pros daisychained from mobo usb header
I've tried:
  • scf /scannow (no integrity violations found)
  • chkdsk /f /r on both drives (no problems found)
  • Full virus scan
  • Windows Memory Diagnostic (No memory errors detected)
  • Changed RAM from different PC
  • Unplugged everything except 1 RAM stick, keyboard, and GPU to Monitor
  • Fresh reinstall of Windows
  • Windows Updates are up to date
  • Updated BIOS
  • Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool (pass)
It can reset seconds after logging in while just sitting at the desktop or after after a while of web browsing in chrome or playing a game. It crashed after the fresh reinstall before installing any programs. It hasn't crashed in safemode with networking.

Here is a screenshot from bluescreenview. In an hour and a half I made 9 dmp files but it crashed way more than 9 times. The bug check strings are:
  • ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY 0x000000fc
  • IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x0000000a
  • KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 0x0000001e
Caused by drivers:
  • hal.dll
  • watchdog.sys
  • icrate.sys
  • ntoskrnl.exe
  • nvlddmkm.sys
Any information on whats wrong and how to fix it would be much appreciated! Thank you so much!

I updated the chipset driver from the motherboard manufacture's (Asus) website. I also went through device drivers and asked windows to check for driver updates for some of the things listed under System devices. It found and updated a few. I don't know what any of these things are so that might not be a good strategy.

Well, I haven't crashed in over 24 hours. If I fixed it then it was one of the drivers I updated under System Devices in the device manager. I would guess the chipset driver.

I went 3 days without crashing and just now crashed 30 times in an hour. :( I've been putting all the mini dmp files into my one drive folder.

Causes:
  • hal.dll
  • ntoskrnl.exe
  • intelppm.sys
  • storport.sys
  • ndis.sys
  • wfplwfs.sys
  • stornvme.sys
  • NETIO.SYS
  • cng.sys
  • fileinfo.sys
  • iorate.sys
  • Ntfs.sys
  • dxgmms2.sys
  • win32kfull.sys

Safemode is no longer safe. I'm getting BSODs there too. PC is getting much worse. When restarting it crashes while loading windows and resets. It will reset maybe 30 times before I'm able to log in. Then it will crash in about 30 seconds in normal mode and I'm back to my restarting loop. Safemode will last a little longer before a crash. I made 20 dump files today and probably crashed 300 times. My dmp files are all located in my one drive. Here is a quick summary of todays:

I thought maybe the budget m.2 ssds were to blame so I swapped them for a working SATA ssd. It crashed while loading from a USB stick Windows installer. I pulled out the hard drive and it still was getting BSODs from just the USB stick. It has to be hardware now, right? It's not RAM or a drive. I've tried 3 different brand RAMs in different slots. I'll start a new post in a different forum.
