Hello. I just bought new PC today. Installed every part. Except GPU because it didnt shipped yet. I tried to test. When i press power button i see smoke and electric sound between lyquid cooler and cpu. Not sure which of them. Then pc closed. I dont have onboard gpu. Now when i try to start pc, it just restarts pc.

CPU: Intel 5820K
Lyquid Cooler: Corsair H80i Hydo Series
MOBO: MSI X99A SLI PLUS
PSU: Corsair 650 Watt
Ram: Kingston Fury HyperX 2133 Mhz

I tried to start up without anything plugged. So PSU only used by mobo, cpu and fans. I have no idea what the problem is.

Uninstall the AIO cooler first. I hope 5820K doesn't come with a stock cooler.... The best thing you can do is get a CPU cooler from a local computer store and check if your system is booting or not.

Nope. Probably CPU or its liquid cooler. Might be motherboard too. But it was realy white smoke and i think it happened cause first time i use cooler or something. I didnt get any burn smell. And everything works perfectly for that 1 second. Problem is, it just keeps restarting.
