[SOLVED] PC restart cycle with no display

I’m fairly new to PC building so bear with me
I recently upgraded my motherboard and CPU to a asrock 320m pro 4 and an AMD Ryzen 7 3700x. Everything is hooked up right and the pc will turn on with all fans spinning. It keeps restarting every few seconds and neither onboard display nor GPU (1050ti) will display anything. I’m not sure where to begin here

Before I purchased the two I looked to see if the cpu was compatible With the motherboard on Asrock website and it said it is.
Is there anyway I can avoid purchasing a new motherboard since I just got it?

Can i not just update the bios?

not on the low end board without a supported cpu. that why they have a cpu supported list.

So I absolutely have to buy a new motherboard or cpu? Or just go back to my old processor and motherboard?

On this link Here, it clearly lists the 3700x as compatible as of bios 5.90

and? if the motherboard don't have 5.9 on it won't boot.
