Pc tried to do windows update but kept freezing at 83% and never went further. So I kept restarting my pc until it reverted back to the previous windows and it was fine. Now when I turn on my pc it come up with Microsoft logo and says reverting back to previous version and then restarts. And repeats this process forever

So, you have two choices. You can boot to the advanced boot options and try to do a repair, which works sometimes but often does not. This is the option that will allow you to not lose anything on your installation that was not previously backed up. The instructions to get to the advanced boot options can be found here. If it doesn't work, you don't have much choice other than doing a clean install which will mean anything on the drive will be lost.

Or you can go straight to a clean install, which will not save anything but will give you an entirely fresh Windows installation with the latest release and the majority of updates already in place...
