Please Help! My PC restarts constantly.

Some days it can run for a few hours before restarting and other days it will restart after 5/10 minutes. The PC will often restart when just browsing the Internet but it happens more frequently when playing games.

In the Event Viewer under Critical Events it has the problem listed as '41 Kernel Power System'.

I have clean installed Windows numerous times but this didn't help.
I have tried to run a Burnin Test but the PC will restart before it reaches the end of the test.

I have ran a test for both the RAM and the Video Card and the PC passed both tests.

I returned the PC to the company I bought it from and they ran tests on it for a week. Whilst with them the PC did not restart once even though they were running highly intensive tests on it. So it seems that the problem only occurs when it is at my house.

Here is my PCs Details
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti OC - 2 GB - (MSI) - (PCI-E)
Windows 10
Corsair 650W PSU - Low Noise
AMD FX 4350 (4 x 4.2 GHZ - Turbo 4 x 4.2 GHZ)
Gigabyte 78LMT/USB3 (AMD 760G) - VGA/DVI/HDMI/2xUSB3/4xUSB2
8 GB 1333Mhz (1x8GB) - (DDR3)
2 TB Seagate (2000 GB) SATA-III HDD 7200 RPM 64MB
Venom Gaming Case

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?

Honestly no whenever that error happens usually it is pointing right back at the psu or where it is plugged into.
Just to be sure move the computer and just plug it into the wall for the day...

I was thinking it was a power related issue but the company that had a look at my PC had no issues with it. Do you think it could be a problem with my home power supply?

Just to be sure move the computer and just plug it into the wall for the day, when you get back home.
It should be still on, check event viewer log to make sure it doesn't error out again.
If it does and the computer restarted or is off, I would suggest buying a new psu or borrow one and test it for 2 days.
