Question PC Restart Under Stress

I7 6700K
z170x gaming 7
Gtx 1060 msi gaming x 6gb
Gskill 8x2 trident z 3000 cl15
Samsung 256gb Ssd
Toshiba 3tb hdd
Cpu fan DeepCool Iceblade 200m
Power supply > Green uk550 gold ( 550watt )
My pc is stable in normal use but
pc Restart when i playing High graphics games with maximum graphic settings ( not all games )
I Stress test my cpu and it doesn't have any problem, 100% load = no restart
Gpu memory test is ok and no problem
When i stress test my PowerSupply pc restart after 2seconds
What is the problem ? ( Same when stress test gpu but restart after about 10seconds )
No overclock Settings enable
Bios is set to default settings
Windows 10 latest update
All drivers updated
No overheat issue ( Battlefield 1 maximum settings - temperature is 54 )
( Pes 2020 temperature 40 )
Motherboard power connector and gpu power connector is connected )
Please help

I'd be focusing on the power supply.
How are you stress testing it?
Do you have another one available to swap in?
If so, I would.
If not.....I'd be running HWInfo and looking at the voltages.
They need to be with 5 % of +12, +5 and + 3.3 at all times, including under heavy load.

I've never heard of Green UK PSU.
What does it say specifically on sticker? Like Corsair VS550.

Hwinfo isnt reliable unless you have onto motherboard sensors for voltages which can be seen in monitor menu in bios.

I think i cant see any voltage in 2secs
I haven't any power supply to replace and test it
I haven't any problem before
I think psu output is lower than need power on full load gpu ( but in past years i haven't any problem )
What do you think ?

Green is not a global brand but it is a High quality brand and they using Japanese Capacitors and chips ( GP550UK 80plus Gold )

voltages in normal use (3.3 - 5 - 12 seems stable )

Now i am using 585watt psu
Now i am using My 550watt psu on another pc and it is working properly with i5 2320 and GT 210 1GB pc ( all stress test passed without any problem )
I think for new high graphics games 550watt is not enough for my pc anymore and it cause Restart ! What you think ?
