AMD 3900x, Nvidia 2080Ti aio, Aorus x570 Master mobo (F35 BIOS), 2x16Gb TridentX NEO DDR4 3600 RAM, Seasonic Prime Platinum 1000w PSU

I had checked a few websites and it appeared Nvidia drivers would cause this. So I uninstalled them all (GeForce Experience being the supposed culprit). I even went so far as to get a new larger rad/pump (Alphacool Eisbaer 360) for CPU in case it was getting too toasty as temps showed 90 at highest. Everything was working fine. Until it wasn’t. Was playing an extremely easy game (FFXII) and got the audio stutter/buzzer and shutdown. I’m lost. I have absolutely no idea what it could be. Before the shutdown my temps were 55°-60°C. Not hot at all. GPU temps the same. Anybody have an idea?

As usual, free software has poor instructions. I restarted for my bios to ask which usb drive I wanted even though only 1 is inserted - partition 1 or partition 2 or just the whole drive. Well it wasn’t the whole drive!! Smh
Edit 1:So the program (memtest) appears it made 2 partitions, each with two sections, the second partition unformatted and the an almost 200Gb unallocated space. So yeah.

Edit 2: it was partition 1. I’m unaware how this software works. Like maybe it needs unformatted space to test something? Either way, now I’m met with a splash screen. Edit or config….no run. Fun times ahead.

Edit 3: It is on pass 2/4. 100% on first pass so I’m assuming my RAM is good. I’ll let it complete then I guess post the results and ask in a new post.

Edit 4: Memtest passed with no errors. 7 hours wasted, imo. The PC is acting like it’s a temp prob. Game plays too long and “Brrrrrrrrrr!” Shutdown. Except it’s not getting hot as per HWmonitor.

Memtest ran perfect. I pulled event data, here it is -

I have two different leads on my GPU (I've read here that's a common problem). BIOS is updated as well as chipset .
I cant make any sense of that event data.
Help?
