PC Restart while playing game

I was playing wow but its done it during battlefield 3 but my computer just all the sudden restarted for some reason. Not sure why. below is the event that i got from the even viewer. i can give you the dump file but i dont know how to open it.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xfffffa80088c5010, 0xfffff8800fcc6ae4, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 112611-23509-01

Uninstall and re-install the video card drivers, although this can also be caused by a failing card. If you have spare RAM to try, you can try to swap out the RAM. There is a slim chance it's a power supply issue also. What you start trouble-shooting really depends on what you can get a hold of to try first, but you'll have to try to replace some components if the driver re-installation does not fix things. Video card would be the first thing I'd swap, although RAM would be cheaper and easier to test first.

Yea I might try that and see what it does with some of the components my dad has in his and see but I'm also gonna try to lower my core clock and see if that fixes it also. I'll let ya know what the outcome is.

Ok so heres what ive tried. I had an old PNY GTX470 and put it in and things are working fine. No issues at all. Its got a core clock of 607, 448 processor cores, 1215 mhz processor clock and 1280mb of GDDR5.

The ASUS GTX570 Direct CU II is 1280mb of GDDR5, overclock to 742. I tried reducing it to about 722 or so but it just wouldnt take for some reason. My dads got a PSU of 850 watts and hes gonna put it in his then we will install the game on his and see how it performs. Ive got a 880watt psu. But if i take the video card backand getting it replaced and it ends up doing the same thing then what else could it be?

Well, i have reformated my drive and updated windows and installed WoW so far and it seems to be ok so far but its not finished updating the game itself yet. I was playing it for a little bit while it was downloading but ill know more in a couple days or more as i play it a little more. Then i will try BF3 once i install it. So fingers crossed, im hoping and praying it works.
