Your computer must be connected to an earthed mains socket, as should any electrical item which has an earth wire connected to it's plug.

I would never connect any electrical device to a non-earthed socket if that device had three wires (Live/Neutral/Earth) coming from it to the plug.

Turn off the mains power to the PC.
Open the computer case side cover to reveal the all the motherboard components.
Now blow out all the accumulated dirt and dust with a can of compressed air specially made for that purpose.
Pay particular attention to all the fans and air-inlets & outlets, make sure they are completely free of dust build-up.

Now restart PC and see how it performs.

You need to repeat that cleaning procedure at least twice a year to prevent overheating.

Yes i have tried that to but now i have noticed that when i lower the corevoltage to 1.28 for 3.1 ghz the pc withstand for more time now it restarts in 30-45 min and i think temp is not a problem becaus it restars around 65-70degree
