PC restarting 15 minutes into games since new GPU (cutscenes, usually)

Been using the forums to try and figure this out, to no avail. Here's my system.

CPU: i7 4790k @ 4.00 GHz
GPU: EVGA nVidia GTX 970 (just installed x 3 days ago)
Mobo: Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 7
RAM: 4GB dual channel
PSU: Xion 700W (I know)
OS: Windows 7 64bit

Basically, I have started upgrading my PC the past couple months. 2 months ago I got the mobo and CPU, GPU was 3 days ago, and newer/more/faster RAM is on its way. But, ever since upgrading from my old 1GB Radeon 6870 to the new GTX 970, my PC randomly restarts on every second cutscene I get to in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Core temps don't get above 55C while playing, and the GPU stays under 60C, so I don't think it's overheating. Everyone here usually says its the PSU (especially since mine is a XION), but the GTX 970 draws less power than my old 6870 does (I think) and I ran OCCT's PSU test and it passed. Could it still be the PSU, or will my RAM upgrade have any effect? Or could it be just a bum GPU?

Any thoughts, insight, or tips on how to narrow down the problem before I unnecessarily drop $80-$100 more on a PSU would be great.

Also - the only Windows event logs after each shut down is the typical Kernal-Power log (more evidence toward PSU, I know - and I was 100% certain it was PSU until it passed the OCCT test, to be honest).

My advice is to get a better PSU.
Graphics cards are power hungry and if the PSU is not up to the task, you will see problems - like your spontaneous reboots.

Also - pray your existing PSU hasnt damaged anything.
