[SOLVED] PC restarting after 50~60 mins while playing

Hi, everyone.

Recently my computer has been restarting after 50 ~ 60 minutes while I'm playing some games (BF4). Ps.: This issue doesn't happen in Rainbow Six.

My PC turns off and then turns on again.

I don't know what is the cause of this issue, since GPU and CPU temps are no more than 70ºC when playing games.

Here's my set up:
-CPU: i7 8700
-GPU: GTX 1060 G1 6GB
-Mobo: Aorus Z370 Gaming 5
-RAM: 2x8GB 2666mhz
-PSU: EVGA 650w Plus Gold (Non-Modular)
-CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black
-Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 250gb + WD Black 1TB + 500GB Seagate

No virus, I've already done the test.
However, this issue has been happening since I installed my new CPU Cooler (Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black). The previous CPU Cooler was the cooler box from i7 8700.

What should I do? Any suggestion?

It doesn't seem like it should be related to the cooler because as you said....your CPU temps stay below 70C.

I would focus on the PSU.

I would run HWInfo and check the voltages.

The main voltages should always within 5% of +12, +5, and + 3.3 volts both under a heavy load and at idle.

Typically, random restarts like that are associated with PSU. Have you a spare one you could swap out with, or perhaps a friend could lend you one for troubleshooting. Otherwise, getting a new PSU might be the only solution to be sure.

I've just checked the voltages, and they are barely the same at heavy load and idle.

Those voltages look good. That's tends to point away from the PSU. Although it could still be the PSU if the PSU just decides to quit every so often.
Another thing you could try is have HWInfo log the data. Then you could leave it run right up to the crash.....and view it after the crash to see if the voltages were wrong right before the crash. Just an idea.

It may seem weird, but what operating system are you running? I've encountered an issue where running compatibility mode in more modern games can fix these random restarts and it wouldn't effect your performance in the game.
