pc restarting and freezing when under heavy load

processor-core i3 4150
ram patriot viper 4gb x2
gpu- gigabyte gtx 970
psu- thermaltake smart se 630watt

i recently bought that gpu..when i'm playing hitman 2 or any high end graphics games it freezes or restarts
so i went to my friend's house to check my gpu if its a problem or not..
on his pc the gpu did so well
so i guess its not the gpu
can you guys tell me whats the problem?

3 years should be fine the h81-s2pv might have a bios update that might help not sure
