Pc restarting cycle after bios screen and before loading Windows 10

As you can see in the video my pc is in a loop and Just shows the bios logo and restarts before Windows 10 begins to load, I already check my ram my hdd ssd my video card and everything is fine, yesterday it was working normally, I have not install anything or do overclocking in the past few months, I am trying to install Windows 10 again but when I try to boot from a usb it also restart

RiodaTeroquin, try booting with only the OS drive. Also check your cables.

I mean not sure if it would do anything if you havent messed around in the bios but try tripping the CMOS.

If that dont work, did you try 1 stick of ram at a time, per slot?
