PC Specs:
Intel i5 13500
AK500 Cooler & Correction Bracket
ASRock B760M Steel Legend
x2 G.Skill Ripjaws DDR5 CL36 6000 16GB
x2 Samsung 980 1TB (C: 50% Free & D: 30% Free)
Power Color Hellhound 7800XT 16GB
Fractal Ion Gold 850w
Windows 11 Pro
(All parts less than 12 months old)

Since day one I have had intermittent errors during gaming, including but not limited to (in order of frequency):
- Random Crashes back to desktop (Most frequent)
- Crashes followed by a generic AMD Driver Not responding
- System Restarts
- Game freezing followed by a generic Driver Timeout errors
- Error Device Removed (Least Frequent)

Sometimes the PC will run flawlessly for days/weeks, other times it will crash several times a day.

Games I am playing (in order of frequency of crashes):
- New World (Most Frequent)
- Apex
- World of Warcraft
- CK3 (Least Frequent)

It seems the more graphically intensive the game, the more likely it is to crash

I've gone through extensive trouble shooting, including all the basics:
- Making sure I'm running two separate connectors from the GPU to PSU
- Made sure all drivers are update to date
- Completely replaced the PSU
- Ensured it wasn't a memory related issue (Running ram at stock without XMP, running 1 stick, memtest, etc)
- Monitoring CPU temps (doesn't go over 70c)
- Monitoring GPU temps (doesn't go over 70c, VRAM up to 83c)
- Tried different motherboard bios versions

Here are two things I have noticed:
- I notice the issues are less frequent when Adreneline is not installed
- It is much more likely to happen when its hotter even though the CPU/GPU Temps are all well within spec (I have noticed the VRAM is always at 83c just before it crashes)

I am assuming it has to be a GPU issue, what else could it be?
I have put in an RMA request and will be dropping it off to the store tomorrow to be sent to Taiwan for testing.
I am concerned this claim might be rejected as the issue can be difficult to replicate.

Before I take the GPU in tomorrow, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Where did you source the installer for the OS and games?

ASRock B760M Steel Legend
BIOS version for your motherboard?

If I were you, building that PC, I'd have looked into a 850W unit but from the same brand/series.

You could try and run DDU, remove all GPU drivers(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) then manually reinstall with the latest driver sourced from AMD's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

How are you cooling the processor?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?>

Under ideas and suggestions:

Look in Reliabilty History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any error codes, warnings, or informational events just before or at the time of the crashes/restarts.

Any references to "Adreneline"?

Updated info as requested.

Both PSUs were new, same model/brand/supplier.

Doing a search of Adrenaline in the event viewer now. (Nothing came up under the System logs, or applications)

When I was doing a review of my Kernel 41 errors I couldn't see any reference to Adrenaline or anything obvious in the events leading up to it that was triggering the restarts.

OS I got directly from Microsoft website onto USB,
Games were downloaded via Blizzard, Steam, etc

I'll have to reboot later to check the Mobo BIOS version.
I have updated it twice since I built the PC, so it might not be the most recent version now, but it has been the most recent version in the past.
(Update - version is 6.07, haven't updated to 7.05 yet).

Whilst I have uninstalled the drivers completely at least once, I haven't tried DDU specifically, but I am happy to give it a go.

AK500 Cooler & Correction Bracket (I haven't tried it without the correction bracket given the crashes only occur during peak gaming whilst the CPU utilization and temps are still low and not during CPU stress tests, I didn't see the need to).
