So I recently made my first PC Gaming Build, it's quite humble, but I'm happy with it, but I ran into a problem, I was trying to install an HDD (because I'm currently runing Windows in a 120GB SSD) and the system wouldn't boot, I tried disconnecting the drive, and everything came back to normal, but then I tried to install all my drivers, I opnened several Chrome tabs and my PC just turned off. I think it might be the psu, but I'm not quite sure.

My specs:

Motherboard: Asus TUF-GAMING-B365M-PLUS
GPU: Asus GT710 DDR5 2GB
RAM: 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB
CPU: Intel Core i3-9100F
SSD: Crucial BX500 2.5 SSD
PSU: https://www.xtechamericas.com/st-productos/interna/CS850XTK09

As I said, it might be PSU problem, because it has only a 4-Pin connector and my motherboard has a 8-Pin for the CPU. I read online that you can plug a 4-Pin cable into a 8 pin conector and you'll be fine unless you overclock, and as you might guess, I'm not.

I checked the PSU voltages on BIOS and it showed that 3V, 12V and 5V were working at 3.12V, 12.01V and 5.1V

Tested Scenarios:

Multiple Chrome Tabs - Restarts PC
Conecting second HDD - Restarts on Boot
Installing Drivers - Normal

Solution
I fixed it, apparently my BIOS is set to always try to overclock using Intel Boost, so I deactivated it from BIOS and everything worked again.
