PC restarting itself/freezing

I just got a new cpu, mb, and ram for my pc and am now running into trouble where the pc will either freeze, or the pc restarts itself without warning. Both of these will usually only happen when the pc is just doing non intensive stuff like watching youtube or something like that. Im not sure what to do here but I feel that the freezes and restarts are becoming more frequent.

Have you checked temperatures of your components? I once had a situation like this and it turned out that the old stock intel cooler was barely applying any pressure on the cpu and this caused the system slowly overheat several minutes after booting.
