Question Pc restarting mid game

The title is pretty self explanatory, while gaming my pc just randomly restarts, I dont think it's overheating, all fans work well and it isn't dusty.
My drivers were all updated. It may be due to PSU but as of right now I have no idea what might be the problem.

Specs:
CPU: Intel i5-4460 3.20ghz
RAM: 16gb ddr3
GPU: Amd Rx 470 4gb
SSD: 1 120gb
HDD: 1 500gb
PSU: Super Flower 650W

PSU's go downhill from when bought and your GPU is pulling to much power problem PC restarts get a new PSU the only option.
