pc restarting on windows 7 logo

Hello, my pc is restarting on windows logo, i tried to format hard disk install new windows, its happens again. I tried hard disk from my friend with windows working on his pc, it restarts again. I cleaned it and its restarting again. I replaced ram, i tried everything but it is restarting. Please help and sorry for bad english.

It sounds like you need to run some diagnostics, probably the stand-alone variety. Start with the memory diagnostics you can download from Microsoft, then hard drive ones you can download from Western Digital or Seagate. You may be able to get system diagnostics from your computer's manufacturer too.

did you delete the old partition(s) 1st before making new partition(s) & format it?
