I did a lot of troubleshooting but still have some doubts. Here is the things I did:-

1. Checked if it was overheating. It was not but still replaced the cooler just in case. It sits at 32 degrees celsius and jumps to 56 degrees during the stress test.
2. Replaced the psu, but later checked both psu in my other system which is working fine.
3. Replaced the cpu, but still the same problem.
4. I used another set of ram, but still the same.
5. Disconnected everything from the motherboard just to check if other components were causing the problem. Only the vga cable was connected even though I removed the boot drives. Still the same problem.
6. I replaced power cables and multi-plugs and also tried using other power sockets in my room.
7. Updated bios, removed CMOS battery, still same.
7. Checked the motherboard socket, and I discovered a pin with a broken tip.Images of the pins(Sometimes bios is getting reset after restart, maybe CMOS battery is dead)

Pc specs:-
CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 (LGA 1151)
RAM: 2X 4GB 2400 mhz (8 GB)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B250m D3V 6th/7th gen
Storage: M.2 SSD 500 GB (Boot drive) + Sata SSD 256 GB + 1 TB HDD
PSU: PC power 500W (Bangladeshi brand)

I think I found the culprit, but still have doubts. Why would it work fine for a while? Is that because the pin is still making contact with the cpu but it's loose? I will replace the motherboard. But I am kinda scared if after replacing the motherboard, the problem still remains? I don't have a spare 6th/7th gen mobo to test. I am from bangladesh, and prices of components are higher. And it is hard to get old mobos these days. So I just want to make sure.

This is your problem, source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built 450W unit from a friend or neighbor and then power the system.

If the problem persists with a PSU that has at least 450W of power at your entire system's disposal(not just the advertised wattage) then you have a driver or OS or memory problem.

RAM: 2X 4GB 2400 mhz (8 GB)
Got a link to the ram you're working with?

You invest in quality parts so they last you a good long while.

Have you checked the picture of the mobo pin? As I mentioned earlier, I also checked with another psu (Corsair CX 550) but it didn't help. I will ofcourse buy better psu. I don't think it's a driver/os/memory issue since I've checked the memory sticks in my main rig (also with memtest86 and windows memory diagnostics), and tried to boot into bios. After some time, it restarted again. So it's not os or drivers either

(Sometimes bios is getting reset after restart, maybe CMOS battery is dead)
Then, did you replace the CMOS battery with a fresh cell? That's also a sign you might be having a grounding issue. Do you feel a mild tingling sensation when you touch the metal part of your chassis while your feet are making contact with a tiled(non-carpeted, non-wooden) floor?

Have you checked the picture of the mobo pin?
Yes I've seen it but disregarded it when you said you can operate with varying degrees of durations. Was the pin broken prior to you discovering it?

You expect us to point a finger and tell you who the culprit is, we're trying to go through a checklist to try and rule out all parts until we're left with a logical conclusion.

I am sorry, just a bit frustrated after all of this. I haven't replaced the CMOS. And yes, this pc is not properly grounded. And I don't know if the pins were like that before.

8. I used open hardware monitor, 2 of 6 temperatures (I am not sure what is it) seems pretty high like 90-102 degrees celsius. Screenshot of the temps
