PC Restarting Randomly While Playing Dota 2 ATI 6950 i7 4790

I own a ATI 6950 and i7 4790 and running a power supply Coolermaster 750

I've been playing Dota 2 exclusively on my setup and this has been going on for a week where my pc would randomly restart at times and other times it wouldn't even after hours of gaming.

I recently stress tested my GPU which caused me a restart but that was at 90 degrees after 5 minutes of burning.

I am very confused as to what could be the problem. Is it my PSU or my GPU or could be something else entirely?
