CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10850K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
GPU: 3080
MOBO: z490 master
RAM: 32gb ddr4 trident z (2x 3200mhz 2x 4000mhz)
PSU: EVGA 1000W G2 80+ gold

As far as I can tell this isn't a temp issue, cpu temps not going above 90 on max load. No BSOD error so I don't know how to find the issue.

RAM: 32gb ddr4 trident z (2x 3200mhz 2x 4000mhz)
Remove one of the ram kits instead of mixing and matching and see if the issue is resolved.

MOBO: z490 master
As for your motherboard, what BIOS version are you on?

PSU: EVGA 1000W G2 80+ gold
How old is the PSU in your build?

What are you using to cool the processor?

PC's shutting off can happen for one of 2 reasons;
1| the PC is suffering from an overheating issue
or
2| your PSU is incapable of delivering power when taxed.

Might want to source a higher wattage, reliably built PSU for your build from a friend or neighbor to test. EVGA tend to have hit or miss units in their own high end range of units, then again the RTX 3000 series and their high transient load spikes might very well be the cause for prematurely wearing down your PSU.

Tried with less ram still happens under massive load, newest version of bios december 10th 2023

Psu is only 4 years old but I can try to use warranty for replacement if that is the issue.

Using deepcool 360mm with 3x phanteks t30s on push pull with deep cool fans, thermal grizzly on cpu.
