Question PC restarting when GPU under load

Hello all, i recently built a new PC, here the specs https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CwxPDx , yesterday, it was running fine for around 30 minutes, randomly restarted while downloading things, i disable the auto restart feature after doing some googling, yet the same problem persisted (yesterday and now this morning when i tried to carry out 3Dmark benchmark tests) any help is appreciated, i should mention I have been hearing 'coil whine' come from my power supply, which is covered under warranty and i have RMA'd that.
