when in load progress PC restarting without error or blue screen just restart but not every times.
some times games loading correctly and everything good after 5~10 min when loading demos or mission restarting like last.
However i check and monitor my PC with CPUID HWmonitor and FurMark softwere
in CPUID i check temperature in game but there isn't any hi temp hardware.
CPU max 52
GPU max 64
i check PSU
everything shown good
but in benchmark test in FurMark software PC restarting like in game
PC details

im tired please help to know problems

i update every drivers

waiting for warm feedback

Solution
could be GPU, but temps aren't high. could be cpu, but again your temps aren't high(you're not getting any blue screens, are you? that could indicate an issue with the cpu, besides the temps). those 2 would be next most likely reasons, and because those aren't looking very likely, it leads us back to the power supply.

Temperatures seem fine....assuming those are (somewhat) load temps? yes i read cpu temp in CPU stable test in FurMark softwere
GPU temp is after restarting time , i cant read in test benchmark because is restarting when click start in FurMark softwere , when in game is about 52

You checked the PSU? yes
How did you do that? i have another HDD and optic drive . i eject other hardware an 3 case fans but result is same
after that i check it by multi meter and in restart time voltage is stable , if you have solution for best PSU performance check i will happy to checked it.
Which PSU specifcially? My PSU is green GP530A-EU

As for your drivers, did you simply 'update' your GPU drivers? yes i install new windows then download Automatic Driver Updates in http://www.geforce.com/drivers
after see same restart result i update driver in device manager Automatic update after done downloading result same

Sorry my English is not good , i cant understand POS PSU whats meaning , can you explain it ?

POS means Piece of (Something, in this case something that rhymes with spit). How old is your power supply? I'm not familiar with the brand of PSU. Generally if it's not at least tier 3(http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html, I didn't even find your PSU listed), then it's not guaranteed safe to use. I can't say for sure without properly isolating the problem(mainly by swapping in a known working high-quality PSU), but I'd bet dollars that your PSU can't handle the power load increase when you start gaming. Games and benchmarks have rapid spikes in power and a low quality PSU will not be able to handle those spikes and will cause a reboot.

How old is your power supply? 4 years
green brand is not international brand , it's built in Iran , but in Iran is popular brand and every pople trust and chose this brand.
you can see my PSU model in this web:
http://www.green-case.com/products/power/power.php?model=GP530A-EU

whats your opinion?

Arman, I think it's very much a problem with your Power Supply, but I can't guarantee it, without swapping the old one out and putting in a known working unit. Do you have a friend who has a good unit you swap in and verify? Or, do you have a computer shop who has that capability? Power supplies degrade over time and 4 years is old enough to start seeing issues. I know pulling out a power supply and putting in a different one, just to test, is a pain, but I think it's worth it in this case.

thanks dudmont
i will be check it soon and say result here , but if PSU problem aside , What are other suspected ?
