[SOLVED] PC restarting while gaming. Please Help!

My pc has been restarting while gaming. I've ran some stress tests and here are the summaries.

Cinebench : No restart.
3DMark Time Spy : Restart after a few minutes of running.
Unigine Heaven : Restart after a few minutes of running, then I decided to run it game right after that and my pc instantly rebooted when the benchmark started.

I have never overclocked anything and all the stress tests show my PC is in good temperature.

PC Specs:
CPU: AMD FX8350
MOBO: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB 1600Mhz DDR3
GPU: MSI GTX 970 4GD5T
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
SSD; Kingston 120GB SSD
PSU: Cooler Master B700 V2.0

The PSU is pretty old, right? If you can try another one in there, that's where I would start.
