Hey everybody, I had made a post about a week ago with a seemingly random restart issue. I've replaced the PSU and the motherboard previously and they fixed it for a short period of time. The PSU made it stop for about 2 weeks, and the motherboard about 3 or 4 weeks. I'm not using a surge protector because I thought that could be an issue, but it didn't help. My RAM is in the right slots, A2 and B2. I monitored the temperatures, and nothing ever showed overheating. My specs are

Asus ROG STRIX Z390-E
GTX 1080
i7 8700k
Samsung SSD 860 Evo 1TB
(2x8GB) Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 RAM
EVGA 650W PSU (Part Number is 100-N1-0650)

I was beginning to think it could be a CPU problem, but I'm not sure how to test that, or if I'm right in the first place. Any help is greatly appreciated!
