[SOLVED] PC Restarts Abruptly...

I have this pc for a while and it keeps on rebooting automatically at any random time. i tried to diagnose the pc and found that my hard drive(Seagate barracuda 1tb) has c5 and c6 S.M.A.R.T errors .. i am fed up of this automatic restarts.
Would like any guidance regarding the error and how to fix it.
Or if there is any other reason of automatic system reboot.
Any help would be appreciated...

no there is no overheating i cant say about the psu. but can u guide how can i find if it is a psu issue ?

no there is no overheating issue and i cant say about the psu is there any way i can findout.. or any psu monitoring app

i am new to this forum scene and the PSU unit is antec bp450

so is it definitely bcoz of the hdd or i should perform some more diagnosis ?

failures on a drive's SMART data are never 'off to a blazing good start' with regards to stability!

(I've seen an 8 - 9 yr old drive on an office machine at work with one little C4 CrystalDiskInfo error not yet degrade even a year later, but, were it mine, I'd sure be concerned....especially if it were my OS drive and I were already suffering wtih issues)
