So my pc restarts when playing online games but i noticed that there are 3 events when crash occurs: Volume C: (\Device\HarddiskVolume1) is healthy. No action is needed. (event id 98), File System Filter 'npsvctrig' (6.3, ‎2013‎-‎08‎-‎22T13:38:22.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager. (event id 6), The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. kernel 41. does anyone know what event id 98 and 6 are and what may cause them? i read somewhere that someone solved the harddiskvolume 1 thing decreasing dram mhz from 1333 to 800 but my dram is already 800 and wont go lower. specs: mobo p6t deluxe v2, gpu gigabyte gtx 760, gpu i7 950, 6x2gb ram, psu toughpower 750w. thanks for anyone who has time to help

There is no good way for the user to test the motherboard, it is bassically the part you replace after you know everything else is good.

If giving it a hard run in prime95 did not cause it to overheat then it is not thermal
If stressing PSU with max GPU voltage draw does not cause it crash then it shouldnt be power issue.

Interesting that the crash only happens in online games. Makes me wonder if it is not something software related then in windows. I geuss its posisble it is the nic as well.

2 things I would check before buying a new board:
1) Using a seperate nic card (TP-Link makes an inexpensive gigabit model that works well).
2) Reinstall windows
crashes durring gameplay are typically due to drivers, power or heat.

If PC can be immediatly turned back on after it loosed power then it is usually not heat.

I would try updating the NVIDIA drivers and see if that helps.

Othewise I would suspect your toughpower (not a very good PSU) has decayed to where it can no longer handle the load of your 760.

all the drivers are updated to newest, also is bios. crash happens only in online games like csgo. i can play fallout 4 without problems. so thats why i dont think its psu. i have done tests like prime 95, memtest, occt psu test which should be same as gpu test, harddisk test and they all passed. i have checked all the rams so now im suspecting mobo or some wrong settings what causes those events. i have gone trough all the main components and the problem is not there except maybe motherboard but i dont know how to test it. anyway thanks for answering
