Your UPS might not have the capacity it once did, and can no longer keep the wattage high enough to power everything...
If it's more than a couple years old, it might be time to replace the UPS (or at least replace the battery/betteries.)

Also, make sure that ONLY the items you need to keep running are connected... Computer, external HDDs, ... things that would be hurt (data loss, etc.) by suddenly losing power. You might lose the game, but the monitor doesn't need power during a power outage... better to keep the machine running than lose data just so you can see your character die. Same for network, the USB pet rock, and the iPod charger.

The switchover time can be as long as 25 milliseconds depending on the amount of time it takes the standby UPS to detect the lost utility voltage. The UPS will be designed to power certain equipment, such as a personal computer, without any objectionable dip or brownout to that device.

additionally they are really only for back up in emergencies, are you having power outages often? or running a server or something ?
i no that generally how back up generators will work is that it will switch on as soon as the power goes out however that can take some time before it actually switches(as the generator has to wind up) and has everything back up and running, i take it that is ur first "USP" ur talking about.. that second UPS need to switch imminently (under 25ms) or it will disrupt power to the pc and is only meant to last up to thirty minutes until the backup gen is full up and running it runs on a DC battery and is very limited on how much power you can hook up to one of those things one or maybe two "office computers/low power servers" can be hooked up to it at a time. not really meant for "uninterrupted gaming" however if you do have frequent power outages then they might not keep the pc on but they will obsorb any extra voltage to keep it from damaging your equipment, which is still good and recommended.
you should check your speck and maybe take you UPS apart and have the battery tested by a auto dealership to make sure the battery is still in good working condition. otherwise you might not have it installed correctly or the switching time of the unit is taking to long causing you pc to drop to min threshold turn off.before the power can be stabilized again.

Previously it restarts while playing games, recently it started to restart while its in idle too.May be it is damaged or something,i'll take it to be checkd. Thanks fr ur patience n fr the replies bro.... :)

If it has the possiblity to connect to the computer via USB, use the software and check the settings... The UPS might not be set to power through, but instead just to give enough time [five minutes is the norm] to shut down the system and other equipment safely.
(Make sure you have the computer set up to USE that USB connection to detect the power problem, too, so it can shut down or hibernate instead of just dropping out.)
