pc restarts after powercut

Hello i have a gaming rig and a 35 inch led tv connected to my ups but randomly during sudden power cuts my pc restarts i know there is a problem with my ups but i want to know why its happening i have a 650 watt psu and a 35 inch led tv connected to my ups. i don't know why its not providing me an uninterrupted power supply it still gives me battery backup of 20 min .

have you tested the battery of your UPS, if it is not charged/charging then you would get a power cut during power failures, ups or not.

I think battery is fine Bec it's providing me proper backup....but someone told that there can be a problem with modulator of ups
