[SOLVED] PC restarts after pressing the turn off button in Windows 10

Everytime I press the turn off button, my computer restarts instead of turning off. When it powers on again, I have to turn it off once again from the lock screen for it to actually power off. This started when I wiped my ssd and fresh installed Windows 10 Pro.
