[SOLVED] PC restarts at Idle

Hello Everyone.
Just finished my 2nd PC build.. (1st one was 5 years ago).
Here is my part list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vXz6Nq

The PC runs flawlessly when I am gaming.. I have gotten several hours into numerous games with no issues. My issue is that when I am idle.. or simply on chrome.. the unit will restart with no warning. I can go no longer than 10-15 mins before it restarts. I am at a loss to what may be causing the issue.. I am leaning towards a software issue and not hardware since the unit runs fine under a load.

most scouring on the internet for answers to this leads to a lot of malware solutions.. but this PC has had a fresh windows install and nothing downloaded but steam, chipsets, and drivers..

Looking for any advice or tips on the matter.(also if this is the wrong section for this topic let me know and I will repost accordingly).

Do you have the latest BIOS on motherboard? Did you run Asrock App shop to make sure you do have newest drivers?

Is ram on motherboard QVL. What is its product code?

What is it like in safe mode? If it doesn't crash in there, could mean its drivers.
go to settings/update & security/recovery
under Advanced Startup, click restart now
Loads windows into a blue menu upon startup
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
click the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
Pc will restart and load safe mode

Do you have the latest BIOS on motherboard?
2.8 currently next version is 3.2
this is a last resort for me.. I am deathly afraid of this going wrong and bricking it.

No I have not utilized this tool. I will tinker with it though.

Technically no. When I look up the corsair ram on the QVL only 128g and 64g models show up

My ram is rated 3200 but the MOBO can handle up to 3000
I manually went into the bios and adjusted this speed to 3000. This might be an issue. I was reading how AMD CPU's are picky when it comes to ram. so I may end up buying a different pair to test out.

I am going to test the safe mode tonight and let you know what occurs.
if not, I am going to amazon some Ram over to test that out as well.

well
The update on the MOBO did it.

I booted up in safe mode when i got home and no restarts occurred.

Went ahead and instant flashed the new bios on the mobo and now it works like a charm.
I appreciate your assistance on this.
