Question PC restarts automatically after shutting down

Hello,

As you can see in the Title, my PC restarts immediately after I shut it down or activate the sleep mode.
I restricted all devices from waking up my PC already.
I even did a bios reset and update, like an windows reset and also update.

just if I press and hold the power button on the computer it will switch of without restarting.

The problem first occured when I used the Computer again after not using it for a year.
I hope someone has an idea.

Run this line
%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s -f -t 00
Just to see if it's because of windows setting, it's one shot deal.

Thats not working.

I was even looking in the event log where it shows the PC was sucessfully in a "low power state" and was woken up after 0ms. Source: unknown...
