Pc restarts automatically

Hello my name is Sujit. First my pc used to freeze in between and sometimes restart..I showed it to a tech guy and he told to check the cpu and I gave it to service centre after that there was no freezing but it still restarts when I try to launch a game (cs:go,gta5 ,fortnite) and even sometimes when it's idle..
I did check the Smps with a multimeter(voltmeter) all the volts are correct expect for the blue wire on the power supply wire(the 24 pin wire which connects to the motherboard ).
The blue wire shows (11.2v....11.23v)
I think it should be 11.6 - 12v
But it shows (11.22v....11.23v)
Please help ...

go to event viewer and check your system log after it resets.
