Question PC Restarts / Blue Screens when Playing Rainbow Six Siege

Recently got a prebuilt PC from PC specialists. Less demanding games like Valorant run fine but within in the first few minutes of entering a game in Rainbow Six Siege my pc either force restarts with no warnings , or it blue screens. I've verified the game files and uninstalled and reinstalled the game but the issue still occurs. Anyone know whats the problem or how to fix it?

Personally, as you just got it, I would be contacting PC Specialists. There is no excuse for a brand new rig having such issues. Make sure Windows and your drivers are up to date, at a minimum.

Ive made sure all the drivers are up to date, problem still occurs. Have contacted Pc specialists and waiting for a response.

So then it must be directx. I don't know if this will solve it, but it is worth trying:
Lanch r6 from your uplay or steam (depending which you bought it on), but launch it with vulkan.
