PC Restarts During Gaaming?.?.!

Hi Friends,
I am facing this pc restarts problem. Whenever I play any game (COD Ghost, Crysis 3, BF 4) no matter which game I play, my pc restarts after every 4 - 5 minutes. And it does this always and in every game. Those game run fine on my laptop. No restarts, no problem. I installed all new drivers (Nvidia too). But problem still exist.
I then did CPU burn test in furmark and comp kept running even temp reached 82'C (stock intel cooler) and then I did GPU Stress test. As soon as I click start test, my pc instantly restarts. No matter how many times I do, my pc restarts on GPU stress test. Even I changed all cables in PC, still this problem exist.
My pc runs normally when using for daily usage like doing MS work, music, surfing, watching movies, videos. No problem there, no restarts. Problem only happens when I start game.
I was using this same pc for games 3 - 4 months ago with same these games and everything was running fine but now suddenly have this problem.
What is the problem in your view?

GeForce GTX 970 Windforce
Corsair VS 450 PSU
Gigabyte B75M-D3H MB

Likely an issue with your GPU.

There's your problem. GTX 970 tries to pull a bit more than the VS450 can handle and your system restarts. It worked half a year ago because PSUs can "age" so to speak and lose some of their max output. You were already at the edge of what it could handle when you bought it, the heavy stress degraded it. This is not your fault however mind you, this is just something that happens very easily with junk PSUs.

You can try taking out the GTX 970 and running on the iGPU to be certain, but the most likely scenario is that you need to replace the PSU (recommend a Seasonic S12II or XFX TS).

Good chance it's the PSU it's a common issue with the VS series to fail under load. Can you test with another PSU?

I wanna ask that if I max my iGPU, still how can I know it's my PSU bcuz iGPU takes very less power than iGPU so PSU will handle it.
Also, many people tell me it;s my GPU. But if it's GPU then how it runs normally when I use normal tasks like browsing, surfing, doing normal work on MS.?

It is not your GPU, but your PSU. People who tell you otherwise do not have much experience with stuff like that.

--> thats exactly how you KNOW it's the PSU. It works with less load, but fails with high load. Simple.
