[SOLVED] PC restarts exactly the after the same amount of time either in bios or windows recovery

Amd Ryzen 53600
Asus rog strix b-450m
750 watt PSU
Rtx 2070 super
16gb 36000 MHz g-skill

PC restarts red (cpu) and orange (dram) lights flash when booting up then it resets with the same lights and tries to boot up over and over again. I cleaned the ram and the ram slots no luck.

How did you 'clean the RAM'?

I cleaned the ram with air first and contact cleaner with more air. All in cans. I was playing a game and then my pc crashed and it was restarting like now. Also there is a grinding sort of noise when my pc restarts.

Hello, for anyone who has other issues with asus mobos that restart w/(orange/red flickering lights) without booting up to windows. Just reseat your PSU cables
