Hello, as I wrote in the title, my PC restarts itself after approx. 5 minutes of being idle, like completely idle, no key pressing or mouse moving, it works as long as I'm active on it, but if it stays idle for like 5 mins it tells me "Your PC has ran into a problem 🙁 we will restart it for you" and it also tells me that the error is: REGISTRY_ERROR.
Any solution for this? or what could cause this?
I updated my windows 7 ultimate to windows 10 when it was released through media creation tool. and its up to date and its installed on a Samsung Evo 850 SSD. thank you.
NOTE: The weird thing is, it doesn't crash or give me any errors even if idle but with a game running, like I run Arma 3, it runs fine and if I pause it even for 10 mins nothing happens. but if browser is open or nothing at all 4-5 mins of being idle and bam it crashes.

Solution
All powersaving actions are going to be under a blanket System process. You can see what's taking that 98% of the processing power by clicking the heading, it will toggle the list order from highest first to lowest first.
Registry got hosed. EDIT: If it's only crashing when it goes idle, then it might be the screensaver/power saving that's causing the issue. Try disabling those and see if it still crashes. If not, then we know where the registry needs to be repaired.

If it remains unstable:
Try to boot to safe mode first, see if that gets you stable enough to make a backup of your data. If you can do a Windows Recovery, try that, it might fix the errors without losing your data. If all else fails, you might have to reinstall the OS and restore your files from backup.

Nope no hardware of mine is Overclocked, my specs are:

CPU: i5 4690k
Motherboard: Asus Z97-E
GPU: Asus HD 7850 DCU2 V2
CPU Cooler: CM Seidon 120V V2
RAM: 2x4gb Crucial DDR3 ballistix sport ram
PSU: Corsair CX600
2x 1TB WD Blue HDDs
and one Samsung evo 850 120gb ssd which I got the OS installed on and office and nothing else
I have to mention that this happened ever since I installed the Assassin's creed Rogue game and it didn't install correctly it gave me this error before the game installs.

yes it only happens when its completely idle for 4-5 mins, I can work on it without a problem for hours, but if its idle it crashes. my screensaver is set to "None" and my PC sleep time is like 2 hours

You might have to dig in Power Options to make sure stuff like disk idle or PCIe idle is disabled as well. Maybe also disable C-states in BIOS. What you describe appears to point to something going idle to save power, and the OS has garbled instructions on how to handle this.

If you want to troubleshoot this, check/change these settings one at a time to see when the issue disappears. If you just want it 'fixed', back-up your data and reinstall.

I just monitored Task manager before the PC gets BSOD, the CPU usage while idle is 0%, then 2 seconds before the BSOD the Cpu usage spikes from 0% to 66% then to 98% in 2 seconds, and BAM BSOD
No processes were active except task manager but before the BSOD by 2 seconds the background running apps number rised

Solution
Went into the Device Manager > Network Adapters > Belkin USB Wireless Adaptor > Properties > Power Management > Unchecked "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RMA Powersupply hasn't arrived yet. It's scheduled to be here in 3 days. It's not a power supply issue after all.
