[SOLVED] PC restarts, Long pause to bios

Restarts mostly in middle of game and there is a bit of wait till you get to bios about 5 minutes which usually dont happen. Tray Icons starts as blanked out and Clock always resets when i restart pc.
The main issue for me is the long pause and restarting. Tried reseating ram and cmos still no fix

CPU i5 3450
400w PSU
Win7
2x4 hyper fury

Do you have Fast Boot enabled in the BIOS?
Do you have "Next Boot after AC Power Loss" set to Fast Boot?

Next Boot after AC Power Loss [Normal Boot]
[Normal Boot] -- Returns to normal boot on the next boot after AC power loss.
[Fast Boot] -- Accelerates the boot speed on the next boot after AC power loss.
