PC Restarts on power fluctuation

My config is Gigabyte b85m motherboard, i7 4790 cpu , asus strix 970, corsair vs 650 psu

problem is when light goes off my pc works fine on my ups but when light comes back it gets restarted.. i have changed my ups 3 times but same issue plzz tell me is something wrong with my psu or motherboard... power is 220-230 v

Probably have a bad PSU. Have seen that problem many times and replacing the PSU usually corrects the problem.

Do you have a spare PSU that you can try? Maybe borrow one from someone and try?

i hav 450w psu but it is not compatible with my mobo..
