PC RESTARTS ON POWER Fluctuation

MY CONFIG IS

intel i7 4790

Asus Nvidia strix 970

Gigabite B85m-d3h Mobo

Corsair VS 650 PSU

problem is my pc gets restart even when there is little power fluctuation ... i am on 850w ups but

850 w or VA? also what brand is the ups? It may be a bad quality build ups, you would be better with the pc plugged directly into the power network.

i can not connect my pc directly to power socket bcoz power fluctuation occurs frequently in my area

well i dont know what to say, the upc is very good, i got doubts about your psu but not sure.

In here u can read that your psu has a very low hold-up time, this would explain the restarts.
