Pc restarts on ultra games

I made my pc 1 month ago with brand new pieces:
CPU:AMD Fx 8350 Black Edition
GPU:Gigabyte R9 280 OC Edition
RAM:8gb (2x4gb) Kingston Hyperx Fury
PSU:Apevia 700W ATX12V
MOBO:Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
HDD:1tb Western Digital Blue
And once i get in more demanding games:Middle-Earth:Shadow of Mordor ,Far Cry 3 ,Thief 2014
etc... it keeps restaring.
I have searched the forms for any possible thing and did it ...
Updated GPU drivers (tried beta too)
Reseated everything
Bought a cpu cooler and now it never gets over 40 degrees celsius
Updated BIOS to FC
Underclocked GPU
And now i am in a quest to fix this problem here so hopeluffy someone will try to help me..

It is most likely your PSU. I had a similar issue even though I had a 650W PSU - it had a really low build quality and, as a result, I couldn't even load the main menu of AC:U. My system would just lose power every time.

My first bet would be your extremely poor quality PSU. Replace it asap as it is a very low quality unit that can actually damage your components.

Almost certainly power supply. Low quality multirail that doesn't have enough amperage.
