it might help you read the logs easier. you can also upload your logfile which i can then look at, instruckions on where its stored are in the link.

also use the windows boot menu (F8 from the splash screens.) and disable reboot on error.
this will allow you to see the bsod error screen. 1s you see it write down the $000000000 number and the short error description...
do it a couple of times if you can over the next day or so and list them all

Hi,

I did as you told, but it was not of any help. Still facing the same issue. Any idea?

Thanks
Thanks for your reply. Ok, I will do what you have told and see if it solves the issue or not.

Thanks

open your events log (cntrol panel ad,in tools/event viewer) and look for error 41 this is a marker error that is written 1s the pc recovered from a restart. its not the cause of the error, but as i say it is a marker. look at the time of that error 41 and look for other errors that appear just before it was created.

you can look for errors in the past 24 hours, if theres any critical that are listed, look at that list first.
after that look at errors an lastly warnings.
post the results if you think its relevant.

mate that error is listed 5 seconds after the error 41. you want errors before error 41.
but looking at the list of errors in that top box there isnt an error immediately before error 41. so it may not be a software error.
if thats the case it may be a hardware issue related to your psu as the system is resetting when stressed.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I was playing Battlefield 3 at that time, to see when the error occurs, it will clearly log the reason. Before it I was just browsing and did some 3D modelling in 3DS Max. But the crash happened during the game play only, this is why I posted the screenshot. I am using a Cooler Master Thunder 700 Watts psu, is it not able to supply my pc with adequate electricity?

Thanks

the screen shot is of furmark mate
and the gpu looks to be running fine..
if you have it run prime 95 and run hw monitor post a screeny of the cpu motherboard voltages. this will tell me how your cpu is boosting and what the min/max voltages are.

700w should be way more than you need.
saying that there are a couple of errors relating to your nvidia drivers. so updating them may help.

lastly if you dont have a printer disable the spooler service in services. (admin tools/ services, scroll down till you see spooler service, then open its properties and switch it from auto to disabled. if you do have a printer switch it to manual)

Hi,

No I mean the screenshot of the event log along with binary stuffs. As far as the drivers, I am using the latest from nvidia 368.39. What is the problem then?

other than tmpin2 showing 140+'c im not seeing anything out of the ordinary mate.
it may be an unused sensor so may just be a wrong reading. but saying at theres a min and max for it, and they are different readings,so i would assume its being used. if so thats way to high even for a vrm.
you will have to contact your motherboard manufacturer to make sure though.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I have done some research, and it says TMPIN2 will display like that, and in idle mode it is 70-80C. Apart from this I am really confused, what to do now!

Thanks

Hi All,

My PC freezes, non responsive and then shuts down or restarts after every 15-20 mins of any kind of game playing. I have formatted PC , reinstalled windows 10, all required updates and drivers along with Direct and redistributable applications.

Below are my PC specs:
i7 - 2600K Sandy Bridge,
16 GB Transcend Ram (8 GB X2)
Motherboard Lap care
PSU - 750 W Gold Cooler Master
CPU Cooler from Cooler Master (Maintains 60-65 C temp while playing games)
GTX - 1070 Founders Edition
Windows 10

Below is the even log i have retrived after crash:
Error - Service Control Manager - 7022
Warning - Microsoft-Windows-User Device Registration - 360
Warning - Microsoft-Windows-DistributedCOM - 10016
Warning - Microsoft-Windows-DistributedCOM - 10016
Error - Service Control Manager - 7023
Warning - BTHUSB - 34 - The local adapter does not support an important Low Energy controller state to support peripheral mode. The minimum required supported state mask is 0x2491f7fffff, got 0x1fffffff. Low Energy peripheral role functionality will not be available.
Error -Microsoft-Windows-Eventlog - 1101
Critical - Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power - 41 - The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Request your help with reason why system is rebooting only while playing games. If I am just surfing or watching movies, nothings happening.

Thanks in advance.
