PC restarts randomly once a day

Specs:

CPU: AMD 4300 Quad-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
GPU: Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
HDD: 1TB

The computer restarts once a day at anytime, some days it doesn't restart at all, some days it does and there's no warning at all. It just restarts like normally, no error message.

I've gotten a new power cord, since the one I got with my computer was pretty loose, but no fix. Got a new extensional lead, and plug it in a new wall socket, and still no fix.

Is there any way to fix the problem?

What make and model is your PSU and how old is it? Is it particularly loud, any strange noises that you can think of?

400W 80+ PSU, it's a year old. No weird noises, and isn't loud.

The whole system doesn't draw more than 400W. But knowing how some low quality PSU's work (those usually have a lower wattage than advertised), it might not have enough power for long periods of time.

What's the exact brand and model of that PSU?
