PC restarts randomly

My pc resets randomly even while watching media.. I tried cleaning the pc, checked the temperature , checked the connections its all fine.. After searching online people mentioned about the pcu fan may be the problem.. I checked that and its working perfectly.. Cleaned, checked and applied the thermal compound on the cpu.. There is no overclocking done.. Still it resets.. At times it happens within 5mins of use and at time after a really long time..

Kingston hyperx ddr3 8x2gb ram
Corsair vs550 pcu
Cooler MasterEvo 212 Cooler
Kingston ssd 480gb
Seagate 1.5tb hdd
Microsoft sidewinder x6 keyboard
Circle gaming mouse

The Corsair VS series isn't very high quality so can you test with another psu? Maybe from a friend or a local shop ...
