My pc started restarting randomly a month ago. It restarts like 2-3 times a week , never twice a day. I get no bluescreen the pc just closes and start instantly, the fans don't even stop. I tried running gpu and cpu stress test but no result.I tried replugging all the gpu and mobo cables but still no results. I even tried shaking the pc and slamming the desk to make sure it wasn't caused by shocks. The restarts are very random sometimes when gaming , sometimes when watching youtube and sometimes just on desktop. I used a psu calculator to calculate how much my pc would need for 24/7 gaming and it averaged 50w under my psu. I even tried reinstalling the windows.

Solution
you should try to update your BIOS in case you havent. its got updates for your CPU/RAM. if you already ahve the latest.
shutdown everything. unplug your power cable. turn off PSU. press power button for 60 seconds. remove your RAM. remove your GPU. then put them all back together again and boot.

if that didnt work. clear your CMOS. this will clear whatever auto voltages BIOS has set. then go into BIOS make sure the defaults are what you want. like SATA mode and Booot modes are in the proper settings.

can you list down your specs? this sounds like a PSU problem. its very hard to get proof without proper equipment.
you can download HWinfo and check your voltages on your 12V if it outputs stable voltages +/- 0.3V.

CPU: fx 8300
GPU: R9 380 4gb (Nitro)
RAM: 2x4gb (1866 mhz DDR3)
PSU: Super Flower SF-550K12XP v2 550W
MOBO:ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 R2.0

All my speeds are stock , i did no overclocking. It restarted today and in event logger i got this "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."(ID:41). I'm guessing this was after it rebooted , before the time gap (i guess when it restarted) last error was this "The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
