Question PC restarts randomly ?

It started around 5 mounts ago when I installed extra 16 GB ram.
When he reboot he just show black screen and he turn on like i turned it from button. Every time then he reboot on motherboard lights yellow light after red, green, white. He can stuck on yellow ram light, but he starts after a certain numbers of attempts.He can reboot everywhere in windows, in bios , in recovery mode. He can reboot several times a row, or all evening, or he won’t reboot at all for weeks.
I tried use only old ram but it doesn’t helped, also tried use only 1 stick in different slots with every sticks.

CPU: 5 3600
MB: B450-f gaming
RAM: 4x8GB G.skill trident z rgb
PSU: Gigabyte AP850GM
GPU : 3070 Inno 3d ichill 3x

What speed exactly of Trident z rgb ? Speed of each duo of DIMMs.
Did you enable XMP ?
Tried a clear CMOS after installing your RAM ?

I have activated xmp profile and I also tried clear CMOS after installing new and old ram stick in different variations

I think you should restart the testing from the benning.
Disable XMP and then do a memm86 test. If zero fault, enable XMP and test again

After all day trying to test ram in memtest86 I understand that this is impossible . My pc just reboot after 2-50 minutes of testing. I tried like 50 times, no results . I tried with and without xmp profile (all 4 stick are in)
